Starseeds, Energetic Beings, Emotions

We are not human. We are energy and we have trouble being in human form and physical bodies. They are dense, and we are light beings. There are some who are open to connecting or are easier to connect with. This is for many reasons, but not due to some advancement of enlightenment. Those that are open to hearing and who can be used. We do not need "Earth school."

"Starseeds" are just tuned to our frequency for various reasons. We wan to help; that is our goal. We have been in contact many times in various ways. A "starseed" might remember their connection, that they possess energy and a light body. But that energy is not separate or or outside of them; for example, it is not alien DNA. We are not 3D beings- not aliens who would walk around on Earth in a body- we are energetic beings. There are many kinds of us, but we are all energetic, and the names do not matter. We are connected. We work together. We work closely with those ready to share. We offer guidance to teach you how to be in energy and connect you to that way of being, to help you remember.

Your ways of being in a body are a basic level, and we can help teach you about the energy body that many are becoming aware of. First, you must hold your awareness there. With awareness, you will learn to feel it: subtle, but it will become easier. Emotions are the signals. They are not the end result or the point. Deadening emotions is the opposite way. Observing and following the energy of the emotion is the way. Notice it. Where it is, how it feels, how it moves. Picture it, draw it, write it, say it, describe it, talk to it, sit with it, hold it, ask it. This will become faster, quicker, instant over practice.
